LOGLINE: Portraying the main relationship between me and Joshua, an 80-year-old Guyanese American dishwasher in a restaurant’s eco-system that intertwines a hybrid of languages, races, and religions, this highly observational documentary would investigate the phenomenon of working as adapting to life as an elderly immigrant in the unseen background of New York and the raw, unfiltered human connection in the labor scene.
